I manage the full click.
Google Ads management for service businesses that rely on enquiries, including the landing pages your ads send people to. One retainer, one person accountable for your cost per lead.

“If you want your services to be seen by the right people, Kevin Redfern is the person to call. He took the complexity out of Google Ads and delivered immediate results. Our search visibility has improved significantly and the quality of traffic coming to our site has also improved. Highly recommended.”
Dr Nabeel Arshad GP PartnerOne service, from search to enquiry.
Your cost per lead comes down to two things: what each click costs and how often those clicks turn into enquiries. Most PPC management only deals with the first, leaving the landing page to fend for itself. I manage both, so there's one person responsible for the whole journey, from the search to the enquiry.
Google Ads management.
Full-service, hands-on management of your account, not a set-and-forget dashboard subscription. Here's what I'm actually doing, week in, week out.
Search terms & negatives
Regular review of the real searches triggering your ads. Wasted spend gets blocked with negative keywords before it adds up; this is where most self-managed accounts leak money.
Bidding & budgets
Bids and budgets managed against what a lead is actually worth to you, not clicks or impressions. Your budget is allocated deliberately, based on the searches and campaigns most likely to generate worthwhile enquiries.
Ad copy & testing
Responsive search ads written for your services, then reviewed and refined regularly. Weak variants get replaced; winning angles get pushed harder.
Conversion tracking
Calls and form fills tracked properly through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with cookie consent handled correctly. Optimising on bad data is worse than not optimising at all.
Campaign strategy & setup
Search campaigns as the core, with Performance Max and Display remarketing where they earn their place. Structured around your services, not Google's defaults.
Monthly reporting
A plain-English monthly report focused on the data that matters: what changed, why, and what's next. Plus a live dashboard you can check any time.
Quarterly strategy reviews
Every quarter we step back from the week-to-week: bigger-picture improvements, new tests worth running and clear next steps.
Direct, no-nonsense support
You deal directly with me, with no account managers or ticket systems. Video calls when needed, without being tied to a fixed schedule.

Trusted by teams that care about lead quality, not just clicks
From law firms to healthcare and logistics, I help businesses turn Google Ads into consistent, qualified enquiries.

Landing page creation.
The other half of the service and the part most Google Ads freelancers won't touch. When a campaign needs its own landing page, I build it as part of the retainer. This typically covers one page per core service, with no separate build invoice, day rate or additional web person to manage.
Conversion-focused copy
The page is written around what a potential customer actually searched for; its headline, proof and call to action follow through on the promise your ad made, so it never feels like a generic brochure page.
Design & build
A fast, mobile-first page in your branding, built for one job: turning your ad traffic into enquiries. Quick to load, simple to scan, obvious next step.
Tracking built in
Form fills and calls wired in as conversions from day one, before a penny of ad spend goes through it. No launching blind.
Optimised with the ads
The page isn't finished at launch. Conversion data feeds back into headlines, layout and calls to action; the same loop that refines your campaigns refines your page.

Does the landing page cost extra?
No. It's part of the monthly retainer. Months with a build in them are heavier on my side, but your fee stays the same. The page exists to make your ad spend work harder, so it belongs inside the management, not on a separate invoice.
The scope is landing pages for the campaigns I manage, typically one per core service. This isn't web design, site redesigns or general website work.
What if I already have a good website?
Then I'll use it, and I'll tell you so. Plenty of my clients' pages need nothing more than proper tracking. The point isn't that everyone gets a page built; it's that when your page is the thing holding your results back, fixing it is my job rather than somebody else's.
Who owns the landing page?
You do, just like your Google Ads account and everything in it. If we stop working together, the page, the campaigns and all the data stay with you.
Who pays Google for the ad spend?
You do. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google using your own payment details; I never take a percentage of your budget or act as a middleman. You always have full visibility and control over what you're spending.
What if I don't have a Google Ads account yet?
That's absolutely fine. I'll help you set one up properly from scratch: account creation, billing, conversion tracking and a correct structure from day one, so we're not fixing problems later. You'll fully own the account and have access to everything.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on your industry, competition and tracking setup, but most accounts start generating meaningful data within the first few weeks. Early performance is about learning and refinement; strong results come from ongoing optimisation of the ads and the page together, not overnight wins.
Am I tied in to a contract?
Pause or cancel at any time, free of charge. There's a short service agreement to protect both sides, but no long-term commitment; the results are what keep clients here.
